I'm so happy the weekend is finally here! Erika and I went grocery shopping for our BBQ & board game night tomorrow. I'm responsible for bringing pasta salad, dessert, and wine. So of course, we made an apple pie, which is perfect for a summer night, and one of my favorite desserts to bake.
I can't wait to eat it :)
