I was very antsy this past week in anticipation of Andrew coming down to visit me for the weekend. We had a wonderful weekend full of good food, family, the beach, and scrabble! We hung out in Santa Monica yesterday, where we took these pictures.
This was Andrew's idea, and I think they turned out great. I love how he looks like superman in these, saving me, and taking off to save the rest of the world. I really enjoy his creativity and the way he makes photographs, and I'm so thankful we can appreciate art and be creative together.
I thought I'd include another great diptych that he's made that I thought of when we shot the images above. This one was taken 2 years ago, shortly after we met. It's of me and my old roommate Michelle. Thank you for your sense of humor and creativity Andrew, you continue to amaze me everyday.
